Everon Power Drive

We welcome back a unique experience to I29 Speedway today! Public are welcome, at no cost, to come and spectate at this event. The competition starts at 1 PM and the awards are at 2:30 PM. Gates open at 9:00 AM. EVERON is a nonprofit organization operating the “Power Drive” program. Power Drive is a program that encourages students to apply classroom knowledge to solve a real-world challenge – to design and build an electric-powered vehicle, and then compete with similar vehicles in several events. The program is open to high school students, plus limited participation from college-level teams.
