We have a new insurance company this season, and waivers have become a little easier, but with a few changes.
If you just want to WATCH you may show up with a SINGLE parent/guardian to sign a waiver each time
OR have BOTH parents/guardians sign (or the sole custodian) on site or at a notary public to bring with you each time LINK: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i3tOWoo2jkq0wAUBI0fZ0p7rn0LEpMa9/view?usp=drive_link
(they don't need to stay, but please write a parent's emergency contact number on the waiver in case we need to get ahold of them during an incident.)
Annual waivers will be available later in April.
DRAG RACING
If you want to PARTICIPATE (jr. drag / WDRA license only, otherwise under 18 prohibited) you must:
A) have BOTH parents/guardians sign (or the sole custodian) for the event
B) OR at a notary public to bring with you. LINK: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i3tOWoo2jkq0wAUBI0fZ0p7rn0LEpMa9/view?usp=drive_link
(a parent/guardian must still be present during runs)
Annual waivers will be available later in April.
ROAD COURSE
You may be able to drive at many of our road course events if the event specifies no age restrictions. A valid, non-expired driver's license is required AND:
A) You must have BOTH parents/guardians or the sole custodian sign the waiver with a staff member as a witness at the event.
B) OR bring the linked waiver to a notary public and bring it with you. BOTH parents/guardians or the sole custodian must sign. LINK: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i3tOWoo2jkq0wAUBI0fZ0p7rn0LEpMa9/view?usp=drive_link
Please also write a parent's emergency contact number on the waiver in case we need to get ahold of them during an incident.
Annual waivers will be available later in April.
When the waiver and payment are given to staff, drivers will be given a wristband. Removal of wristband ends your day with us.
We look forward to seeing you and enjoying your experience with I29 Speedway!
